Fire Cupping is a traditional therapy that uses heated glass cups to create suction on the skin, helping to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation. It can assist in

- reducing pain

- improving circulation

- breaking up fascial adhesions

- supporting the body’s natural detoxification process.

Ideal for athletes, active individuals, and anyone seeking relief from chronic tightness or stress.

Assisted Stretching* is an integral part of remedial massage that helps improve flexibility, joint mobility and muscular balance.

By guiding your body through controlled, targeted stretches, your therapist can release tightness, enhance range of motion, and support postural alignment.

The Chi Machine**, used at the end of a treatment, works by gently moving the legs side to side in a rhythmic, figure-eight motion while you lie comfortably on your back. This passive movement creates a wave-like motion through the spine, promoting relaxation of the muscles, stimulating circulation, and encouraging lymphatic drainage. The movement mimics a light, full-body massage—helping to calm the nervous system, support detoxification, and restore natural energy flow.

Dry Needling - coming soon

Dry Needling involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into tight or trigger points within muscles to release tension, reduce pain, and restore function. By stimulating these areas, dry needling promotes blood flow, disrupts pain signals, and helps reset dysfunctional muscle patterns. It’s a targeted, evidence-based technique often used to treat musculoskeletal pain, improve mobility, and support faster recovery.

*May require the ability to get down on the floor.

**Must have ability to lie on floor and potentially get up unaided
