FOUNDATIONS COURSE -       

$270  (TOTAL VALUE $350)

Your journey begins here: 3 expert sessions to kickstart results.

Each 60 minutes, to be completed over 2 weeks for maximum retention of information.

Included, choose any that apply:

  • Health, injury and goals analysis (mandatory)

  • ‘Before’ photo

  • Nutritional advice

  • Determine appropriate exercise selection based on goals and ability

  • Exercise and machine instruction

  • Assistance in navigation of exercise program via APP

Who are FOUNDATIONS for?

  • New members to the gym looking for introduction to training

  • Establish a measurements schedule and follow program via APP independently.

  • Clients looking to join small group training

    • (FOUNDATIONS a prerequisite to small group classes to ensure readiness and safety)

  • Clients looking to sample the SYNERGY brand.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Single Session $100, Weekly Sessions from $80

Maximise Your Value – Small Group Training, Big Results!

  • Small Group Training Sessions offer the best value for money, starting at half the cost of one on one training. Most clients need just one course of Foundations to progress.  During this time, we assess and teach proper techniques, modifications, and exercise alternatives tailored to your needs. 

  • Participants in the group share similar goals, each following a personalized exercise selection developed during their Foundation Course.
